creationsHynel
Resorts
Before my work on Hutch Hotel, I created my own original project called Hynel.
Hynel was my personal vision of what a hotel game could be. It was designed in a low poly style with a strong blue color palette, stylized architecture, and animated environmental details such as custom trees.
Every part of the game was intentionally designed and reflected exactly how I wanted the experience to feel. More than anything, Hynel was a passion project and a creative playground where I could experiment freely with design, atmosphere, and systems.
I invested around 9,000 Robux into the development of Hynel and used it to test ideas that would later influence my future work. While the project did not reach its full potential, it played a crucial role in shaping my skills and direction as a developer. Many of the concepts, workflows, and design decisions I later applied to Hutch Hotel originated from lessons learned while building Hynel.
More recently, I began reimagining Hynel with a new artistic direction inspired by a Mediterranean and more realistic aesthetic. This revamp explores a different tone and visual identity while staying true to the original concept of the game.
Hynel remains an important milestone in my development journey, representing the foundation of my experience in hotel game design and creative leadership.
